It is located în a quiet area, even though it's pretty busy, surrounded by restaurants with terraces that are full with people in the evening- there's a nice atmosphere. I liked the interior design ( for the hotel and the room), I especially liked the bathroom: well build-in, everything on hand, small things that make a difference: the tables, the tidyness, the lights, the receptionist. Metro station is în front of the hotel.

I have travelled a lot and Berlin was always one of my main destinations. But after stayin in Mercure Berlin Wittenbergplatz, honestly, I'll never ever stay in some other Hotel! Everything was more than superb - from the first correspondence with Marina in the Reception, who could absolutely be the Hospitality Personnel Role Model of the Year. All of the work was perfect, all Questions answered immediately, work was Quick, polite, professional yet Friendly! She really made a Guest feeling like she's welcome from the first e-mail on. The hotel on General and the Room in particular was really clean, all the cleaners very helpful and professional, the Restaurant lady (didnt ask the Name) very welcoming and friendly. All in all - if You want to have a real experience of the Hospitality Business best way possible, visit Mercure Hotel Wittenbergplatz!

Lovely room, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Located on a pretty square with some nice cafes nearby. Very close to underground rail system and good shopping. Tiergarten is walkable and the Berlin Zoo.

We got a spacious family room with good amenities and panoramic city view. Excellent location with underground station just outside the door and single bus connection to the major sights. Major shopping street as nearest neighbor. Restaurants, cafes, street food, grocery store available just outside the hotel.

The location was amazing and the hotel was very clean and seemed new! The employees were very friendly and housekeeping did a great job throughout our 4day stay. We would book again!

Very good central location, hotel looks new, staff was very nice. The breakfast was also good for the price. Not fancy but good. Wittenbergplatz is the U station next to the hotel, for some reason hotel site mentions other U station which is farther 5 min walk. There is a very good and not expensive chinese restaurant 5 min walk called Deli House. In general Nurberger Street has several nice places to eat. KaDeWe is next door, super expensive mall, but 6th floor is a nice place to buy some chocolate and exotic foods.
